The Family Planning News Network (FPNN) Community Reporter Emiene Erameh (Allwomen Media) gives her top recommendations for family planning stakeholders from the 8th Nigeria Family Planning Conference.
- Improve and enforce policies that reduce stigma for young people and the people who face physical challenges. 
- Increase health literacy for men to increase family planning uptake among women. 
- Move away from previous donor funding models for family planning, and move toward local community owning/leading family planning campaigns at the subnational level.
